East meets West at The Clarendon Restaurant. Our team, headed up by a Michelin-trained chef, combines flavours and techniques from Eastern and Western influences. Exposed brick surroundings, soft natural furnishings, and lofty ceilings make up the setting.

Our Eastern influenced menu contains plates and combinations of food not found anywhere else in Melbourne like the octopus beignet (or for those of us who donā€™t speak French, the octopus donut). Much of the menu is made in-house including house-pickled seasonal vegetables, kimchi, and vegan flatbread. All of these unique meals are the perfect balance of fusion flavours.
